
With the upcoming provincial election taking place later this month, we’ve rounded up a list of the local candidates running in the Niagara Region.
Though a full list of candidates won’t be available until after 2 p.m. on Feb. 13 here’s who will be on the voter card so far:
St. Catharines

- Jennie Stevens – Ontario NDP
- Stephen Vincelette-Smith – Green Party of Ontario
- Rob Atalick – New Blue Party

Niagara Falls
- Wayne J. Gates – Ontario NDP
- Ruth-Ann Nieuwesteeg – PC Party of Ontario
- Celia Taylor – Green Party of Ontario
- Gary Dumelie – New Blue Party
- Joedy Burdett – Independent
Niagara Centre
- Jeff Burch – Ontario NDP

Niagara West

Election day is Feb. 27 with voting locations open from 9 a.m to 9 p.m.
You can apply to vote by mail before Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. to receive a voting kit in the mail.
